How Do You Make BIG Decisions And Avoid Second Guessing Yourself?

This is an entertaining story (VIDEO) of one Tom Weiser’s account of battling through a career decision, taking a risk, and learning not to regret.  If you are struggling through a career change, know that it is common to either:

  1. wonder if where you are is where you should be instead of being effective where you are and/or,
  2. not taking risks when it becomes clear that you can, or want, or should be doing something else with your life.

Either option can be a barrier to feeling like you are being PGAL.  How would you think through this decision, balancing responsibility with your dreams and avoid second guessing your decision?  Please comment.
